FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are some frequently given answers

DOES DRY HEAT HAVE FOOD AND/OR DRINKS?

We're currently working on getting alcohol service in our space. In the meantime, the lobby offers tons of snacking and NA drinking options!

Look out for special events that feature Hollow Spirits pouring cocktails on the premises (like our monthly Second Saturday events with The Box)

If you'd like something harder to drink or more substantial food before or after the show, head to Red Door Brewery downtown! You can show their barstaff your Dry Heat tickets for a discount.

WHY DOWNTOWN?

We are so proud to be Albuquerque's first comedy club in 13 years and we love getting to provide more fun to the city. Albuquerque's downtown area has so much history and amazing food and events, but it also has a reputation for being one of the city's rougher neighborhoods.

We love the opportunity to get people out and exploring downtown. The more time people spend down here the more they'll see what a gem our downtown truly is.

WHY ARE YOUR SHOWS 18+?

Live comedy is an exciting type of performance. Part of what makes it so fun is the exploration of a variety of topics. Our performers are all adults and they have material about adult themes.

Keeping our crowds mature allows our comics the freedom to bring you the widest array of funny stuff to laugh at.
